Fish Gaucho
Calling it an "upscale cantina" doesn't really do Fish Gaucho justice. When you combine chef Chris Beckett's seafood expertise with Matthew Hanson's cocktail skills, the combination is something that must be experienced.

Ember
We're already declared Ember the best restaurant in SLO county, so its no surprise to find it here. We recommend getting the ribeye for yourself and sharing a flatbread with friends.

Jocko's Steakhouse
An institution on the central coast, Jocko's serves up oak pit-grilled steaks in a setting where time has stood still. Even the prices are in a time warp–where else can you get an amazing ribeye for well under $40?

Bell's
This French bistro helps anchor Los Alamos as a food and wine destination. Impeccable food and great atmosphere, all run by a deslightful husband and wife team. The French onion soup is a must and ordering one of every dessert is the best way to go.

Industrial Eats
The local wine trail and Industrial Eats turned the city of Buellton from "a place you stop for gas" to a destination. While the non-pizza menu can be daunting at first, the pies are amazing and we've yet to have a bad dish here.
